Community of Teachers was founded with the belief that all students will flourish when they are able to tap into themselves and their tremendous capabilities. We help them to see that they are part of a larger, supportive community all working together to ensure their long-term success. Below are even more things we believe.
Our Students
Students want to be successful. We need to make them feel and see that they are!
Every student deserves a support team to help him or her reach their goals.
Success is different for every student.
Students are motivated intrinsically and it is our job to tap into their motivation and to inspire them.
When a student feels confident in themselves and their abilities they can achieve greater levels.

It is our job to help students constantly set the bar a little higher to keep them on their confident trajectory.
Confidence can be coached.
Fun and enjoyment can and MUST be part of the learning process.
We will go beyond. A session might last an hour, but our team is committed to becoming part of your student’s community of success!

Our Community
Our community includes everyone involved in the education and upbringing of a student.
We believe teachers are not only in a classroom, they are parents, neighbors, religious leaders, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, security guards, principals, tutors, mentors, coaches, friends, and relatives.
Anyone who works with a student is a welcome member of our community of teachers.
We can teach each other and help each other to be more confident in our own abilities to teach and to help our students.
